Introduction

P.I.T. Hematology Cell Counter is made according to the international standards. It has an ergonomic keyboard which consists of 10 keys as Poly, Mono, Eos, nRbc, Baso, Band, Meta, Myeto, L.V.F, and Lymph for required parameters in Diff function. This device has audio alarm (after counting 100 white blood cells) and the percentage of required parameters can be calculated simply by pressing the related key. In addition, counting stops automatically after reaching 100 cells. Therefore, in the event of pressing a key unintentionally, it will not disrupt the calculations. Yet, user can get the reticulocyte count and the actual number of leukocytes using the secondary keys %True Retic and True WBC.
